The House
Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana showed their first collection in Milan in 1985, drawing on Sicily for inspiration: black lace, corsetry, religious iconography and the drama of Italian cinema.
Bold, sensual and unmistakably Italian, the house turned Mediterranean glamour into a global language of leopard, florals and tailoring cut close to the body.
