Jimmy Choo

The House

Jimmy Choo, a Malaysian-born shoemaker, set up a workshop in London's East End in 1986, hand-making shoes that soon caught the eye of Princess Diana.

In 1996 he co-founded the ready-to-wear brand with Tamara Mellon, and the name became shorthand for the perfect evening heel: sleek, glamorous and made for a red carpet.

“Glamour is not about being noticed; it's about being remembered.”
— Sandra Choi (Creative Director)
